Hi Keys! This week we talk about our 5 guilty pleasures! Guilty pleasures are those things we do that others might find weird, but we do them anyway. Maybe you all can relate to this post! Read and enjoy :)

TV Show/Movie

K: Hi. I’m Kim, and I’m a YouTube junkie. Over the last few months I’ve really just fallen in love with YouTube and just how dope of a streaming platform it is. Some of my favourite guilty pleasures to watch on the Tube right now includes “The Joe Budden podcast”, Fashion runway shows on FFChannel, and reaction videos from the foine brothers of UND!

R: No matter how many times I’ve seen I can’t get enough of the Incredibles movie!! I don’t know what it is about the movie...okay I lied I know exactly what it is - feeling like a kid again, watching some superheroes kickass and their family dynamic is so cute. Love love love!

K: YUSO - Kid Ink ft. Lil Wayne & Saweetie

This is my boppp right now. It may come to a shocker to some that this my track...but that’s probably because I don’t really flaunt my sexual feathers so publicly lol. That being said, this is the type of track I see me and my man enjoying very much :) (plus my bae Saweetie is featuring sooo duh <3).

R: Love love love Amy Winehouse! Back to Black is my most played song of hers. She had such a different vibe and style of singing that I love. Please go give her music a try if you are into jazzy/blues type of feels :)

Activity

K: A guilty pleasure activity? I would have to give that to our “High Tides” Podcast we have going on right here on LawkIT! Getting high with my partner in crime, talking about Life As We Know IT (LawkIT), having our friends come on as guests...it’s really a grand time.

R: I have to agree with Kim! LawkIT podcasts are so fun to make. I also love reading young adult books. Hunger Games, Cinder, City of Bones, so good! I love the cheesy romance in there as well. You got to love reading about someone else’s life and getting your mind off everything.

Purchase

K: My money never seems to hesitate when it comes to purchasing accessories. Funky glasses, earrings, and bags are my shizniz. I love, love, love, staple accessory pieces, and don’t see this guilty pleasure purchase slowing down anytime soon.

R: My boyfriend has opened the gates to shoes for me. I wasn’t the type of person to care about what shoes I’m wearing, but the bae convinced me to step my shoe game up and here we are some huarache’s and some Van’s later living my best shoe life.

Habit

K: I have a weird fetish for tweezing and grooming eyebrow hairs. As I type this, I’m anticipating the next wave of new eyebrow hair growth so I can pluck those bad boys right outta there. Some days I just want to pluck all the hairs off...especially those end ones lol.

R: Opening the fridge and pantry again and again...even though there’s no more food that will magically appear. On top of that I’m not even hungry, I’m just bored, but hey a girls gotta eat!
