Are you a person who usually finds themselves in a position where you are spread thin emotionally, spiritually, and even physically in any relationship? Well this one is for you!

I would be a complete hypocrite if I said this quote didn’t apply to me. I actually had this exact conversation with someone about an hour ago. We’re human, so it is important for us to feel love and give love. Similar to when someone gives you a compliment. It is alright to take a minute and appreciate what is being said. In fact it is necessary that we do as it acknowledges that two people are hearing and seeing each other.

You also got to ask yourself, “How can I give out positive energy when I’m running low on my own supply?”. This also brings up the great point of surrounding yourself with people who are trying to water your garden and not just pick the beautiful flowers.
